Turn on every light, open blinds, clear counters and put away personal items. Park cars away from the front of the house for exteriors and drone.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Drone and exterior shots need dry, calm weather. If conditions aren't safe, the exterior portion is rescheduled while interiors go ahead as planned.
